【明報專訊】宣萱與謝婷婷昨晚出席王敏德品牌crossover活動，從內地拍劇返港的宣萱，目前正留港休息，「去年很勤力，現在暫時先休息和傾一些工作。」問到是否跟王維基合作？宣萱坦言對方於3個月前找她，又大讚對方公司自由度高，「我目前仍然是自由身，沒有簽約，因為（跟王維基公司）仍有距離感，希望遲些有實質劇本屆時再傾。不過，王維基公司聽來運作不錯，幕後自由度大，相信創作人員和導演很開心，對演員也是好事。」她想遲些再傾合作，自己想將來多演壞人角色。至於感情生活，宣萱自言是開心的一片空白，笑說感情隨緣。

Former TVB Fa Dan Jessica Hsuan attended a function yesterday. She has recently returned to Hong Kong after filming a series in Mainland and is taking a rest from work. “I worked hard last year. I’m currently taking a break and discussing new projects.” When asked if she would work with Ricky Wong (Hong Kong’s new upcoming TV station CITI), Jessica says that Ricky contacted her three months ago, and compliments that his new company allows a lots of freedom. “I’m currently not signed to anyone, not signed to him, because there’s still distance (between her and the new company). I hope to discuss the contract terms when there is an actual drama script. I’ve heard that Ricky’s company is not bad, behind-the-scenes workers have lots of freedom, and I believe the writers and directors are happy. It’s a good thing for actors too.” Jessica hopes to discuss possible opportunities at CITI later, not at the moment. She also wishes to play a villain role. As for her love life, she says that it’s blank and laughs that she’ll leave it to fate.
Ricky Wong Wai Kei’s new TV station has signed Frankie Lam, Maggie Cheung and many other former TVB actors and veterans. The artists get paid much more, up to several times more than what TVB offers, better working conditions, and the freedom to appear on any other TV stations, unlike TVB where once you sign with them, you’re allowed to just appear on TVB. However, the government has yet to approve the new station’s broadcast license.
Jessica’s contract with TVB ended last year and she was reluctant to renew with them, a company that she’s worked with since 1993.

Flora Chan’s daughter will enter primary school coming September, and so Flora has time to film a series with TVB in the later half of this year. She says, “Leave it to fate. Actually I still have a contract with TVB and will film a series for sure this year, but as for what series, it hasn’t been decided yet. (Has Ricky Wong invited you to join his TV station?) If I say no, it would be weird. Anyway I still have to complete my current contract with TVB. As for the money, it’s not the main point.”
